Children receive regular coached sessions in a range of sports, led by trained staff. Training focuses on technique, fitness and fair play, with programs adapted for different age groups and ability levels.

Beyond formal training, children participate in fun games, inter-program competitions and matches with staff, graduates and visiting guests. Many of our students have gone on to compete at regional and professional levels.
